Self Study 804: An Introduction to the Income Approach to Value

This self study course reviews the topics of principles influencing value, estimating net income, selecting the capitalization rate and technique, and annuity and sinking fund methods of capitalization. This self study course is not AQB approved. Please check with your state or jurisdiction regarding acceptance of continuing education hours.

Students have 90 days from the date they begin the course to complete the material and take the final exam.

This course is worth 10 CEUs upon completion.
