Self Study 803: An Introduction to the Sales Comparison Approach to Value

This self study course reviews the topics of principles influencing value, the sales comparison model, methods of collecting data, neighborhood analysis, site and building analysis, and property valuation. This self study course is not AQB approved. Please check with your state or jurisdiction regarding acceptance of continuing education hours.

This course is worth 10 CEUs.

Students have 90 days from the date they begin the course to complete the material and take the final exam.
