GROW Into Coaching

This is the first program in IAAO's Emerging Leaders' Curriculum, designed for anyone who has the desire to enhance their leadership skills. Registrants gain access to three eLearning modules, engaging activities, and supplementary materials and will be credited 7 CEUs upon successful completion of the program. 

As of October 2023, students must purchase their own copy of the text Coaching for Performance by Sir John Whitmore, available on Amazon. Please do not begin the online course until the book has been received. The price of the course has been lowered $30 to reflect this process change.
