2025 IAAO President-Elect/Treasurer
William Healey, RES is the 2025 IAAO President-Elect/Treasurer. Outside of IAAO he is the Chief Assessor for the City of Lewiston, Maine.
He has also served as Assessor for the Towns of Cumberland, Yarmouth, and Scarborough, Maine.
Mr. Healey has been an IAAO member for more than 25 years and earned the Residential Evaluation Specialist designation in 2019. He has served on the Board of Directors from 2020 through 2022, the Membership Services Committee, two years as Chair, the Ethics Committee, Nominating Committee, and the Governance Committee. He also served two terms as President for the MAAO and Vice President of the Northeastern Regional Association of Assessing Officers (NRAAO)

Gio Giordano joined Tyler Technologies in 2012, and today serves as a regional sales lead in the Property & Recording division. In this capacity, he focuses on meeting the needs of appraisal and tax clients in the western region of the U.S., New England states, a handful of southern states, and several Canadian provinces. His depth of knowledge in property tax and assessment services allows him to proactively identify viable solutions for clients to help them meet the needs of today's busy and challenged office.

Grant Guttschow is a Senior Director of Product Management at C3 AI and the General Manager of State & Local Government applications. Grant holds academic degrees from the United States Naval Academy and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Previously, Grant served as an active-duty Marine Corps officer, specializing in cyberspace and information operations.
