Critical Issues Series: Understanding Intangible Assets

This course is designed to help learners identify intangible assets and give them a basic understanding of how to exclude intangible assets from real property assessments.

It is based on the 2016 white paper published by the IAAO titled, Understanding Intangible Assets and Real Estate: A Guide for Real Property Valuation Professionals.

This course provides 2.0 CEUs upon completion.

Students have 90 days from the date they begin the course to complete the material and take the final exam.
