This workshop is a National 7-hour USPAP Update offered for continuing education for licensure and certification through The Appraisal Foundation. The workshop provides a general overview of USPAP guidelines advisory opinions statements and other appraisal practices. This course provides electronic course materials only.

I am an experienced appraiser and instructor with over twenty years in the industry, specializing in property valuation and assessment. I have obtained the Certified Assessment Evaluator (CAE) designation from the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) and I am currently a Candidate for Designation with the Appraisal Institute. I am a Certified General Appraiser in the State of Ohio, an IAAO Senior Instructor and an Appraisal Qualifications Board (AQB) Certified USPAP Instructor.
